Glad To Say

...that after a few rough-patchy days, both of our temperaments have (somewhat) evened out. thankfully, we both feel much better. so much better, in fact, we have spent nearly the entire day in our pajamas, sewing and cutting and making all sorts of fun messes.

truth be told, folks, i lack patience. i always have. ask my mother. ask my father. ask jared.

and when morgan can form sentences with his squeaky little words, ask him. it's not a strong point of mine and is in my basket of goals to work on for this year.

that being said, after my last, slightly snarky post, let it be known to you that i love my sweet child. very much. i love being his mommy. i love his tiny face (even when it's not-so-sunny looking). it's not always rainbows over here, and it's probably not always rainbows over there either. still, we sway with the beat. and we are blessed.

i am blessed. i feel blessed.
