Checking in here from household: CKeller. Thanksgiving was beautiful and blessed. I hope yours was equally so.

Morgan's asleep downstairs. Jared is watching the Broncos and I'm thinking I need another piece of pie (not really). No, really.

We will return home fifty pounds heavier than when we left. Promised.

We've been shopping. We've played games. We are enjoying our loved ones that are here. And missing those that aren't.

I even found a piece of furniture at Wild Ivy that I may (or may not) be able to convince the sir to allow me to purchase....I will let you know the outcome tomorrow. An extra 10% off, too. The odds are in my favor, wouldn't you agree?

I've been thinking back to last year at this time when we were exhausted (and slightly insane) new parents - - - I've been realizing how twelve months of time has changed us all.

Last year we brought home the first grandchild, and now, three more later, the homes of our parents are full of bouncing baby boys. And all of the traveling baby gear that comes right along with us.

The fun has began. Of that, I am certain!

I hope you are eating lots and shopping more, taking long afternoon naps, laughing, playing games, and winning. I especially hope you beat your father-in-law in his favorite games (your favorite, right?)! Wish me more luck! I always need it.
