This is Kricket. She is my grandmother by birth. With the passing of my birth mother in July 2006, Kricket and I have had the opportunity to get to know each other well. While we had never met in person prior to our wedding reception in December 2005, Kricket and I have become close over the last few years and I consider her a dear friend. I am her only granddaughter and Morgan is her only great grandson (she hardly looks like a great-grandma, right!? I know.)

Two weekends ago she spent some time here, while I was a lonely hunter's widow. We bought matching scarves and earrings and went to Idaho Falls to pick up a cute mirror I snagged off of craigslist (pictures to be posted soon).

Someday, I will take you on a (picture) tour of her beautiful home, too. She is a very genuine, beautiful person, and very classy. And her sense of style: chic, chic, chic!
