Week, and Graduation!!!

Last Friday, before graduation, Danny and I took a picnic lunch to Morgy's school and we ate out by the playground. He was so surprised and excited. Danny loved playing on the toys and Morgan kept a good eye on him when the other kids came out to play, too. It was such a fun, spur of the moment time. I knew it was our last opportunity to do it, and I'm glad we did. Even though it was chilly!

So happy we made it through the school year! The whole year, in PUBLIC SCHOOL! I felt like I was graduating myself! Morgan did so well during his program, they sang cute songs and he wasn't nervous at all, unlike last year's preschool graduation where we thought he was going to pass out he was so nervous! Bless his heart. His face was so white!

Danny was so excited to see grandma, he ran to line up all of his favorite Baby Einsteins, which he is obsessed with. It's all he talks about, especially when he calls grandma on the phone.

At last, the long search for barstools has ended. How many sets of barstools have been bought and returned? Four. Four sets!

It's been raining all week, for days and days, really. These two have had lots of opportunities for imagining.

The last day of school

Off on our last 'Danny day dates' for a while. We've had such a fun year, spending one-on-one time with each other. He's such a joy to me. We went and picked out a new tool for him, went to lunch with daddy and to get a doughnut afterward.

And here is Morgy after school on his last day. I picked him up and he was SO SAD! I asked him if it was because he was going to miss his friends. He said, 'No. My teacher." And then he began to cry. So so so sweet.
