Morgan was a ducky last year AND this year, and just like every holiday, I felt like I was more excited than anyone else in our little family. I tried to convince Jared to wear matching vintage hats with me, but he drew the line at matching orange shirts. Ah, well. Our personal seamstress (grandma) sewed Morg's costume for us and I had to do some semi-permanent stitching to make it so he couldn't take it off while he was trick-or-treating.
This year, two people thought he was a girl!!!! His favorite candy proved to be Whoppers (gross!) and, as always, he loved suckers!!! By the end of the day, we decided candy + children is recipe for one h e l l of a time (pun intended). For example, it took Morgan three hours to fall asleep that night, which resulted in several lovely fits and him learning how to climb out of the crib. Oh, what fun!
