At The Kellers.

Rarely do I pull the old 'T1I' out of her bag at the Kellers because I know I tend to immediately become the annoying camera woman with a click-happy trigger-finger. However, once in a while, I do force poses.

And so we're lucky to have these few...

We spent lots of time eating yummy food (I think I gained about five pounds), playing games, calling 'Rummy' on Drew about twenty-five times, and we even went for a few rounds of Clue. We missed our other people, and can't wait until next year.

I'm sure by the end, C and S were ready to see us drive off with our comanche dog and our monkey child, but we sure had a good time!

Here's my not-so-hot hand.

Here's my Megan dear....

More for the grandmas...

A few words from yesterday/"Toy Stoy"...

And from Christmas morning.....
(please ignore the obnoxious camera woman.)

We took a drive.

Monday, after Christmas, we piled in and went sledding. Sledding time with two toddlers = about one hour, or a little less. Landen is just like his momma; a thrill-seeker. And Morgan is just like his, and would rather keep his feet on solid, warmer ground. Landen giggled. Morgan cried.

And thus the story goes....

{Christmas Day}

This Christmas was the best we've had in a long time. With our trunk full of presents, and our bags on our laps, we arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed for nine days. It was so good to be home. Home sweet home. Dad built a fire just for me every morning. We stayed up too late, ate too much, took naps, went shopping, snapped over 500 pictures, and came home with way too much Christmas loot.

Santa was good to us all.

Here are some pictures of Christmas morning....

Santa Baby

Mr. wasn't too sure of Santa this year. He started to run away, came back for the candy cane, and then was out the door.

We'll try for the magic next year, I suppose.

Happy Christmas!

We had intentions of going up to the mountains to cut our own tree down, but we've been a little under the weather, so we decided a quick trip down the road would suffice for this year.

It was freeeeeezing outside, so Mr. had to be bundled up.

Finally, all done!
Best smelling tree we've ever had! Sooooo yummy!

Our new faux mantle....
Jared's not quite a fan just yet. He's working on it...
