Our garden.

Our garden survived the summer! It is quite a jungle, but it has survived, and with all the rain we've had, is thriving quite well. We have tomatoes, potatoes, squash, carrots, gorgeous sunflowers and lots and lots and lots of pumpkins, which, let's be honest, are the only things that really matter. We haven't harvested much yet, because it takes so long for anything to grow big and full around here, but we're looking forward to yummy produce later in the fall. 

And pumpkins.

I enjoyed so much the slow summer mornings, and watching the boys from my kitchen window, as they would run out and check the progress of all the growing things.

This garden is really theirs.
