Cabin time.

Every time we make the drive, I think to myself, God dwells in this countryside. If you've ever been to Star Valley, you know how close to heaven it is. There are no words to describe the beauty. It so lush and green and it smells so, so good. It surprised us by being really chilly (even at the end of June!). We had the heaters blasting all night and we still got cold. Mr. Keller offered to build us a fire the next night, but it ended up warming a bit. We basically just relaxed and watched the boys run around. It was adventure time for them! They hiked the loop over and over again all by themselves. They thought they were so big! Their pockets were full of snail shells by the end of the weekend. We went on a walk, a few drives, on a short (but sweet) little fishing trip. We snuggled in bed and Morgan sang us all to sleep, per Danny's request. His favorite is 'If the Savior stood beside me'. Danny loves it when Morgan sings. It pretty much breaks my heart.

The stick gatherer.

They had so much fun riding and riding and riding across the big wide deck.

and playing with the wheelies.

and playing ball.

and chasing squirrels.

I love this shot.

Heaven on earth.

Coming back from their little hike.

Always digging for something.

And this beard. My favorite part of the whole weekend.

Even amid things I view as trials, God is most definitely pleading with me to open my eyes.
Look how beautiful. I could burst.

I could really burst.
