So, last night, there was a pile of laundry on the couch so high Morgan told me he was going to play 'Bilbo Baggins' (which means he was going to attempt to climb it, which means it was mountain-high high.) Yikes.
We had Papa Kelseys for dinner and had a quick family home evening where Morgan requested we sing 'whoopemgangnamstyle' for the song. We settled on 'Choose The Right'. We had a 'clothes-folding' party and watched the Bachelor after the boys were in bed. Danny tipped over our new nightstand in our bedroom and broke my new lamp......sad day!
My new vacuum finally arrived last week and I think Mr. Keller is in love. He keeps pulling it out of the closet and vacuuming the house, showing me how full the canister is. Last night I finally got to have a turn. I'm so glad to finally have a nice vacuum. The things that make a housewife happy.
Over the weekend, Morg stayed up late with us and played Catch Phrase Dice. We had candy and popcorn and it felt sort of like our first family game night. It gave me a fun glimpse into the transition of having an actual boy, instead of a toddler with an absolute bedtime, if that makes sense. This next year is a brink-year. I'm excited for the adventures that are on the horizon with older boys.
