Friday

It's finally friday, my dears. The heater is on. We had frost on the ground this morning. Mr. Keller and I had our first mugs of hot cocoa after the littles were in bed wednesday night, and I've pulled out all my white throws.

This weekend were heading to the family cabin in Afton, Wyoming. We're looking forward to autumn colors, crisp air, a few late night rounds of rummy and a warm fire in the stove.

Here are a few pictures from our garden pumpkin harvest. It wasn't as plentious as in years past, probably because genius me planted them in the same bed as tomatoes. They both choked eachother out, I think, because neither plants produced good crop. Nonetheless, Morgan loved seeing them grow, even if they are a little mishapen and discolored.
