New wheels.

Mr. Keller and I knew Morgan would be needing a new bike for the summer, since his little trike is getting a bit small for him. (Sad!) I had been pricing them out here and there until one day I drove up to the Goodwill and saw this little bike at the loading deck priced $7.99. I was so excited! I took it inside to pay for it and couldn't wait to get home to show Jared. That was back in March. We've kept it covered in the garage until two days ago. We washed it, pumped up the tires, put a bell and new training wheels on and surprised Morgan with it. He was so excited! He's taken a few spills, but there's been no tears! He rides around saying, "Strongest and best!" over and over again. (I think he's pretending to be a train!) You've heard me complain more than once about the trying age of three. But it's also pretty magical, too.

Oh, my heart belongs to this boy.

PS - Think that cute little blue helmet for ages 3 and up fits the watermelon noggin of my three year-old? I couldn't have pounded it on his head with a hammer! Rest assured though, grandmas. We have plans to exchange it for a bigger one soon! It will probably end up being adult sized!
