Ariel.

We watched the sun set over the Burley prairie last night, on our way home. If ever I were to get a tattoo, it would be three small birds on the back of my neck just below my hairline, or one on my shoulder, or over my heart that says 'Farmgirl' in cursive. 'Idaho Farmgirl', to be exact.

Here, I drink in the scenes. They taste so good.

Mr. Keller and I went on a date while we were home. (Two words: free babysitting!) We went to Cabelas and looked at guns, then to Tucanos and Breaking Dawn. (I couldn't stay away too long! It's just so good.)

While we were home, I played the piano, looked at old family photos, had dad build me a fire (or two), watched Les Mis, went to TJ Maxx and El Gallo, took over 500 pictures, ate too much pecan pie, and snuggled in my parents' bed.

We also played a few rounds of Catch-phrase one night (girls against boys), and mom and I smoked them all!

November gratitude catch-up:

Saturday: for a little visit with my ninety-three year-old Grandma Dixon, who called me on the phone later that night to tell me my children were "precious" and that I was a "beautiful mom". I think having 63 great grandchildren says she's the one that's beautiful.
Sunday: Idaho sunsets
Monday: my comfy king bed

PS - Yesterday, I was stuck in September, but I woke up to Frank Sinatra's Christmas album, courtesy of Mr. Keller and suddenly I'm craving cinnamon and praying for snow.
