Day two.

Day two of our trip:

We went to lunch at Mo's on our way to Newport, which has my mouth watering even now. I love the pier there! It's so beautiful. Kenzie took restless Danny out for a walk while we finished lunch. We joined her after we were done. Morg and Danny had a fun time finding sticks with papa and just before we walked back to the car, Morg stepped in a wave puddle and got all wet. Ugh! His little feet were wet the rest of the day. 

After lunch, we drove around for a bit since we wanted to let Danny take a nap. We drove across the gorgeous Newport bridge, which Morg thought was great (and so did I). There's something so beautiful about the architecture of bridges. Next, we went to the warf where we watched the sea lions on the docks. They are so cute and funny! They were so saucy with each other and they are so loud! You can hear them barking from a long ways away. I think they are so, so cute! I wanted to bring one home with me.

Next stop was the aquarium. It had been a few years since we'd been there and they had remodeled. It was so nice and we loved all of the activities they had geared for little kids. 

And we ended the day watching the sun go down on the beach back in Lincoln. Morg and Raegen both got knocked down by the same big wave and then we decided to call it a night!
