It's the latter half of wednesday and almost the golden hour of nap time. I washed, dried and put away 20 loads of laundry this morning, so I'm already considering it a successful day. Mr. Keller has a bad cold, and I'm crossing my fingers none of us get it. I bought some pretty red tulips (my favorite!) at Fred Meyer yesterday. Morg got a new gun set. The rifle is already broken (and fixed with duct tape), because he threw a fit, threw his gun and pop, it broke. But, duct tape. Thank goodness. Danny's been talking a bunch lately, saying: thank you, love you, here you go, let's go. He follows Morgan around and tries to do everything he does. Morgan's been going to city league basketball with daddy every week. He's also been enjoying some new books. He's goes to bed, reads for a while, comes out and tells us he's hungry. He gets an apple. He goes back to bed, reads more, then comes out and throws the apple away. He goes back to bed, reads more and pretty soon, turns out the light. He's so easy to be around. And such a sweetheart. He's always the first to tell me I look pretty on Sunday mornings. My little boyfriend boy.
Good things today: warm banana bread, a clean house and the fact that we pretty much only have one more day left in the most treacherous month of the year! Word.
January, in pictures.

gun control? preach it.
just kidding. I really do agree with recent congressional gun-control actions......but that's for another post, maybe?
even still, i have high hopes that our younglings will grow up to be gun-toting democrats and make us proud.
: )

Oh I am dying over your camelback tufted sofa. It's sooooo beautiful- where did you get it? Your house is so cute.
ReplyDeleteDude i'm so glad you bought that damn couch. Seriously, it was a good choice. Second i'm getting a little antsy to come see the new house and those sweetheart boyfriends and you and big brother. Love you.
ReplyDeleteI had a sneaky suspicion you bought that couch when you mentioned you ordered one from DownEast; I have the same one. :) Does yours shed feathers constantly?
