backyard biking.

It's sort of our thing, Morg and I. And it has been since he was 1 1/2 years old. We bought this bike together at a yard sale in 2010 and it's his favorite summer toy. Even now, when Danny is down for his morning nap, or late in the evening when he's asleep for the night, we'll go outside together for some quiet time. I sit on the chair and drink water, or read, and he rides around and around the deck. Of course, now, he can do all sorts of tricks, like ride backwards, or the infamous 'no-hands'. But porch chilling with that little red bike, I would say it's one of our favorite together-things to do. Alone time with this child puts me so at ease.
