And that's your weekend update. I'm seth meyers.

It's a tired monday, which is what happens when our weekends are too busy and we stay up too late. Then I spend all week trying to catch up. So, this is where we are.

We watched Hatfields and McCoys all last week and finished up Friday night around 2am. I can't remember the last time I stayed up that late on purpose. We are so old. But seriously, what a flawless series. And what an amazing, true story.

Saturday, Mr. Keller finally gave me the green light on buying a swingset. I've been waiting for a long time, going back and forth trying to decide which one I wanted. I'm glad we waited, because our new King's store just put out a display model in their parking lot and I hadn't even thought of checking there. It's good quality, was on sale AND I bought the second to last one in stock. Yes! Corrie and Stacy came up to help put it together and we spent the day with a lively three year-old anxiously waiting for the final screw to be tightened.

Saturday night, we got a babysitter for the boys and went to dinner and to Snow White and the Hunstman, which did not disappoint. Charlize Theron, you guys. Hot damn! Jared said I act like her when I'm mad. Maybe I look like a stone cold fox, too? I'm so sure.

Sunday we had dinner with some old kuna friends, and last night, after the kids were in bed, Mr. Keller and I sat on the porch stairs and watched the full moon find its way to the sky. Summer is here, reminding me why Pocatello is where we are. I could be on my deathbed in winter, but then summer comes and it's perfect. When it cools down at night, the air comes down off the mountain and boy, it's russian olive perfection. Has me wanting to head for the hills, as grandma tilley would say. My legs are aching for a trail or two. We'll be there soon enough.

Have a lovely monday, my dears.

Xoxo.
