Celebrating Grandma Dixon last weekend went really well. I was so impressed and overwhelmed with how many of her and grandpa's posterity made the effort to come and it was so good to see so many cousins I haven't seen in a long time. What a growing family we have! Everything seemed so perfect, all the blossom trees were in bloom, everything seemed pink, and even the lamps the lit the room in the funeral home were rose colored glass. Grandma would have loved everything, except maybe for how long my talk was. I couldn't stop talking (and crying). I'm sure it was quite pleasant. (Yikes.)


After Monday's funeral, Mr. Keller went home and the boys and I stayed around for a few days. We shopped new furniture, carpet and flooring for my parents' new house, took pictures, went on wagon rides, took naps, ate pizza and had arctic circle milk shakes. Mom drove us home Wednesday night and on Thursday, she and I left the boys with daddy and grandma Stacy and went to Twin Falls to help go through grandma glenna's house and clean things up for her. It was exhausting and nightmarish (think of any epiode of Hoarders) and that's all I care to comment about these last few days.

I'm home now, and plan on slowing down for a few days. So if you call, text or knock on my door, know that I'm alive, but I probably won't answer. We'll be taking long baths, lying on the couch, reading books and not getting dressed.
