Lately, we've been getting some decent autumn napping in, eating golden delicious apples, taking (second) baths with our fresh pajamas on, trying to figure out ways to keep a Halloween costume on a two year-old (I think I've resorted to sewing it on him? Good luck to me.), waiting for the leaves in the front yard to change, wishing back summer, reading (the same) board books over and over and over, saying "awesome" a lot, dancing to Target commercials, climbing into the highchair unsupervised, feeling thankful hunting season is o'er (shhh, don't tell.), loving new gray sweats and flannel sheets, wondering when new cousin Faith is going to arrive, and making our Christmas lists. (I told Jared I wanted a new coat and he told me no.)
This weekend, I'm looking forward to M. Night Shyamalan movies, carameled apples and pumpkin shakes (Arctic Circle, baby!), and taking a million pictures of my little duckling tomorrow evening at trunk-or-treat!
PS: I've been on a no-sugar diet now for almost a month! I feel so so so much better, as in almost night-and-day difference, now we'll see how we make it through this weekend.
Happy (almost) Halloween!!!!
Flea Market Finds!
I love the pic with morgan in the bath with his clothes on! Hadley did that same thing the other day lol and she climbs on chairs, tables, and highchair unsupervised also. It cracks me up how they are doing a lot of the same things
