September 26th.

{September 2003}

I've been:

Going through old pictures,
Eating grapes
Laying in the sun
Breathing country air
Eating my dad's whole wheat pancakes
Seeing BSU colors everywhere I go
Hearing Morgan yell for "Papa" or "Mamma" when he wakes up in the morning

Morgan's been eating grapes, swinging, walking barefoot everywhere, chasing Cee Cee, telling Landen "no, no!", getting spoiled, eating all of grandpa's carmel corn, singing his own rendition of "Ring Around The Rosey", and lacking sleep.

We are missing daddy, and feeling sorry we didn't wish him a happy birthday on here last week, though we celebrated like rockstars and made all his wishes come true.

We'll be getting the sewing machine out tomorrow and I can't wait to show you the sweet vintage treasure I literally had to beg a stranger for yesterday. I think I mortified my mother, who says I charm my way into getting what I want. (Jared may or may not agree.)

PS - the weather is perfection here.
And 'here' is home.
