Weekend Adventures

We returned to Star Valley again this last weekend, only this time we packed our papoose. And his grandma and grandpa.

We chased little dude, ate Mint Creamies and played Rummy. We saw a momma deer with two speckled fawns and the moon was so bright Saturday, I wanted to stay up all night to trace it across the sky. It was beautiful. And the purest white you've ever seen.

Morgan's adventures got him two skinned knees and a stubbed toe, which he calls his 'owie'. He also learned how to say grandma's name, which was so cute. When I was trying to put him to sleep in the loft, he sat up and yelled downstairs for 'Sayceee!'. He said it over and over, and all throughout the rest of our stay, whenever she wasn't right by his side. It cracked us all up. He's our little ham!

PS - Mr. and Mrs. celebrated thirty sweet ones on Sunday. Which was also Cassie and Wes' anniversary. Which was also Morgan and Venice Buttars' anniversary. A good day, indeed.
