hi baby,

we went to red lobster tonight and your daddy let us order a virgin margarita (a special occasion treat) since this was probably going to be 'one of our last date nights' (his words).

when we left, i started having some painful contractions (my first ones yet), but then they stopped altogether - even after we took our evening walk to the park with bella.

i love you and can't wait until we can hold you in our arms and love you in person. sometimes you feel more like a dream. you'll be real soon enough! i love you.

hi baby,

today we went to church and came home and ate leftover chinese food from last night. we took a two-hour afternoon nap.

i realize these relaxing times are fleeting and have been wondering these last few sundays, if they would be our very last before you arrive. you still haven't arrived yet, and we're waiting anxiously. i ask you when you're coming out. i keep telling you it's time.
