Sunshine and scribbles

Morg and I are a pair, you see. Everywhere I go, he goes too. He's my bud. My pal. My bestie forever and ever. And today, we worked up a sweat, and kept ourselves busy all the day long.

I/We:

brushed and brushed and brushed Bella aka Belly aka McGruber aka Grooby (who knew labs had so much hair???). Coughed. Sneezed. Celebrated 7 months. Felt like crying. shed a few tears. vacuumed. swept. dusted. emptied the dishwasher. washed the windows. folded clothes. did the dishes. mowed the lawn. thought I was going to d i e. realized how seriously out-of-shape I'm in. weeded. a lot. begged and begged until Jared got my patio umbrella out of storage. begged and begged until he also got my summer wreath out of storage (both of which were WAY out of my reach)! put the chair pads on my bench (thanks.mom. they look great!). went to three different stores in search of finding the best price on one of these. $13.49 at Pinehurst (with a coupon)! Yes! also bought purple and white flowers for my front yard pots. also bought two prickley bushes that aren't so cute, but will do. $3.33. Home Depot. Can't beat that. Built up/fixed the backyard berm! Filled up and emptied lots of buckets of dirt. Whew. I mean seriously, w h e w! Ate ham and cheese on great harvest bread for dinner. Heavenly. Lost steam afterwards and left the lawn mower outside until it started to rain. K i s s e d Jared goodbye and off he went. Took a bubble bath with Morg. Because we needed it. Bad. Got out. Dried off. Lotion. Pajamas. Kissed and nuzzled and played with eachother's hair. Listened to the trees. Drifted off to sleep.
